JKA Development Consultants Ltd have been established since 2000, our experienced team offers a vast number of years experience in the construction industry. Primarily established to provide Architectural technical design services to housing developers we are able to offer a bespoke service tailored to suit an individual client's needs.

From our base in North Finchley we have the design, technical and management skills to undertake any project from a single bespoke house, through to multi unit mixed use schemes. Recently we were involved in the design of three luxury houses each worth in excess of eight million pounds and a project of 250 units in Milton Keynes.

We are able to provide the following services;

• Feasibility studies and concept design.
• Scheme designs for Local Authority Planning Approval
• Scheme development to provide full Architectural working drawings, including comprehensive detailing packages.
• Submission and liaison with the Local Authorities and NHBC for Building Regulations approval
• Full Structural and Civil engineering design.

Full use is made of Computer Aided Design technology within our company which enables us to manage and exchange information electronically with clients, contractors and designers.
